Qualifikationen

• 5–8+ years in government contracting, business development, strategy consulting, or innovation roles.
• Direct exposure to federal procurement.
• Experience in DoD or intelligence community strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, public policy, technology or related field.

Aufgaben

• Develop Innovation Strategies: identify emerging technologies and contracting vehicles to win government opportunities.
• Opportunity Analysis & Roadmapping: monitor solicitations, labs, and policy shifts; build innovation roadmaps.
• Proposal & Acquisition Support: collaborate on technical and pricing strategies across the lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Engagement: build relationships with government staff and industry partners; represent at events.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with legal, BD, and delivery teams to prototype scalable innovations.
• Risk & Compliance Management: ensure strategies comply with regulations while pursuing novel approaches.
• Performance Tracking: measure impact on win rates and contract value; report to leadership.
• Knowledge Sharing: train teams on new procurement tools and best practices.
