Qualifications

• 7+ years of HRBP or HR systems management experience.
• 5+ years of experience with consulting or client management in HR technology.
• High degree of self-initiative and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand customers.
• Manage Project Specialists and the U.S. Pipeline process.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects and ensure alignment of strategy.
• Proactively identify and assess opportunities for business cases.
• Create and manage effective project plans and communications.
