Qualifications

• 7+ years of HRBP or HR systems management experience.
• 5+ years of experience with consulting or client management in HR technology.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand customers.
• Manage Project Specialists and U.S. Pipeline processes.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects for alignment of strategy and resources.
• Identify and assess opportunities creating compelling business cases.
• Create and manage project plans, including communications.
• Lead process reviews for innovation optimization.
