This role blends project management discipline with product‑oriented curiosity, turning emerging ideas into actionable, collaborative projects across Owners, fintech partners, and internal teams from concept through execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, innovation management, or product management.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities translating insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate emerging trends and opportunities within the credit union and fintech landscape.
• Lead early-stage exploration and translate findings into problem statements and hypotheses.
• Facilitate working groups and vendor sessions to align stakeholders.
• Define project goals, timelines, milestones, and success measures.
• Coordinate with marketing, events, and leadership to promote participation and momentum.
• Develop concise updates and reports for internal and external audiences.
