University Federal Credit Union seeks an Innovation Product Owner to drive fintech initiatives within the Innovation Pod. Responsible for translating strategy into executable work, managing the pod backlog, and guiding pilots from hypothesis to potential implementation.

In a high-ambiguity environment, this role defines scope, runs delivery ceremonies, and coordinates internal teams to keep work moving while aligning with UFCU’s fintech strategy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management or fintech operations experience in ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS or related field; CSPO or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience translating strategy into executable work and managing backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Owns and maintains the fintech pod backlog and delivery ceremonies.
• Translates strategy into hypotheses and Pilot cycles with measurable learning.
• Coordinates cross-pod dependencies and ensures resource readiness.
• Defines success metrics and tracks outcomes.
• Communicates progress to leadership and stakeholders.
