The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years in CPG/durable goods, with a strategic, customer-centric mindset and strong leadership skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Marketing, Innovation, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in consumer-packaged goods or durable goods.
• Curious and creative problem solver with passion for usable products.
• Shows ability to visualize ideas with clarity and impact.
• Proven experience leading innovation or design projects in cross-functional teams.
• Empathic listener comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation.
• Strategic understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
• Comfortable aligning diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Passionate about driving change and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams through early-stage innovation from discovery to proof of concept.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to develop strategic project briefs and timelines.
• Identify unmet consumer needs through observations and interviews.
• Translate user insights into viable, breakthrough product opportunities.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate meaningful ideas aligned with goals.
• Oversee proof-of-concept prototypes to validate feasibility and desirability.
• Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain team alignment for timely delivery.
• Champion innovation culture and share best practices across teams.
• Deliver clear project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Document learnings, reports, and outcomes for future reference.
