UL Solutions is seeking a seasoned Program/PMO leader to drive large, complex initiatives across multiple sites. You will lead project teams, manage governance, and partner with executives to ensure financial performance and strategic alignment.

The role requires senior-level stakeholder management, change management, and a track record of delivering process improvements through automation and AI-driven solutions. A hybrid work setup with on-site collaboration is typical.

• Leadership and business acumen for large programs.

• Proven ability to build and lead integrated teams across sites and functions.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the implementation of large and complex programs.
• Provides overall leadership and support to one or more project teams.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive excellence across the organization.
• Evaluate, develop, and deploy automation, digital technologies, and AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and data-driven decision making.
• Acts as front-line contact on program activities, issues and risks.
• Manages risks and issues and takes corrective actions.
• Interfaces with C-Suite Executives and leaders to develop ROI/IRR and other financial measures.
• Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders to enable cross-functional collaboration.
