Job summary

Eyefinity, Inc. seeks an Innovation Principal to design and lead projects that reimagine how eye care and eyewear are delivered.

You will collaborate with designers, ecosystem partners, and domain experts to translate findings into actionable plans across the enterprise, driving tangible business impact. The role requires strong communication, rapid domain understanding, and the ability to pitch opportunities through written briefs and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Innovation, Emerging Technology, Research & Development, or related domains.
• Industry experience in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and technology is preferred.
• Deep expertise in a domain with broad understanding of adjacent spaces including healthcare, business models and technology.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, including writing research briefs and presentations.
