Job summary

Kinder’s Premium Quality Seasonings & Sauces is seeking a Pre-Commercialization Project Manager in Walnut Creek, CA to guide early-stage product opportunities from discovery through development. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, build confidence in concepts, and drive decisions that move ideas toward market readiness.

You will own portfolio analytics, develop dashboards, and ensure timely communication of risks and milestones.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in project management, innovation, product development, or cross-functional program management.
Experience guiding innovation projects through early-stage development, feasibility assessment, and commercialization readiness.
Strong project planning, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-support skills.
Proven ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams across Culinary, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of innovation projects through discovery, feasibility, validation, and development.
Lead cross-functional alignment sessions that drive decisions and action.
Communicate project status, risks, and next steps clearly across teams.
Proactively work through roadblocks and ensure stakeholders understand what's needed to keep projects moving.
Facilitate handoffs to Commercialization PMOs with clear alignment and documentation.
