Kinder's in Walnut Creek, California is seeking a Pre-Commercialization Project Manager to guide early-stage product opportunities from discovery through development. You’ll collaborate with Culinary, Innovation, R&D, Operations, and Finance to align teams and move opportunities toward market readiness.

In this critical role, you will own portfolio analytics, build transparency, manage timelines, and help prioritize projects to meet Kinder's high standards and consumer expectations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management, innovation, product development, or cross-functional program management.
• Experience guiding innovation projects through early-stage development, feasibility assessment, and commercialization readiness.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-support skills.
• Demonstrated experience owning portfolio-level PMO analytics across multiple projects, including dashboards and KPIs.
• Proven ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams across Culinary, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of innovation projects through discovery, feasibility, validation, and development.
• Lead cross-functional alignment sessions and project meetings to drive decisions and action.
• Develop and maintain project plans in Wrike with milestones, risks, and ownership.
• Own and maintain PMO analytics across all pre-commercialization projects and translate data into actionable insights.
• Capture learnings to strengthen future innovation projects and cross-functional collaboration.
