• Experience in primary packaging development and design across multiple formats (solid/liquid oral, topical, spray).
• Ability to influence projects with brand teams and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end packaging development in an R&D environment.
• Drive packaging consumer centricity across projects.
• Scope includes design, specification, testing, and qualification of packaging structures.
• Collaborate with Formulations, Analytical Stability, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Planning, and Marketing.
