Berkadia seeks an Operations Analyst - Innovation to drive operational transparency and partner with the BI team. You’ll translate leadership needs into actionable plans and deliver dashboards and executive views to guide decisions.

You will surface insights, standardize reporting, and enable leadership-ready narratives while enabling continuous improvement across reporting workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in business analytics, program operations, reporting, or adjacent roles.
• Proficiency with data/reporting tools (Power BI) and databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate ambiguous asks into clear requirements.
• Operational discipline: planning, follow-through, and high-quality output.
• Scrum/Agile familiarity; experience with delivery operations and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Master business performance data for organizational and application levels.
• Own day-to-day BI partnership and translate leadership needs to BI execution.
• Translate reporting requirements into executable plans with scope and sequencing.
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, drilldowns, and executive views.
• Surface insights trends and implications without waiting for requests.
• Partner with leaders to produce leadership-ready outputs and narratives.
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize reporting processes.
• Support recurring operating rhythms with accurate data and timely outputs.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders about deliverables and decisions required.
• Foster cross-team relationships and navigate ambiguity to closure.
