Qualifications

Degree in engineering, construction, architecture, or a comparable qualification.
Experience in processing (site management, project management, MEP project management) and interest in technological developments.
Passion for new technologies, sustainability, and process optimization.
Strong communication skills in English and German; ability to explain complex topics simply.

Responsibilities

Build and expand networks with local innovation centers, research institutions, and industry partners.
Act as a driver for change: bring improvement ideas, challenge the status quo, and foster innovation culture across the company.
Collaborate with colleagues from operational areas to identify and implement technological improvements.
Communicate GOLDBECK needs and challenges to local strategic partners.
Analyze latest research and innovation projects to identify new technology approaches for all GOLDBECK business areas.
Create decision-enabling innovation project pitches.
Lead innovation projects from idea generation through implementation and development.
Work with the German Innovation Team and other Research & Development Units.
