MTA Metro-North Railroad seeks a Director of Innovation to lead the Innovation pillar of the Strategic Plan, define the road map, and secure funding for pilots and implementations across departments. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field with substantial project management background.
• 10 years of related program or project management experience.
• 7 years managing professional staff or programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation projects with operating departments, including budget oversight and KPIs.
• Spearhead an innovation roadmap to guide capital planning investments.
• Perform ROI analyses for innovation initiatives and ensure strategic alignment.
• Develop and maintain an annual Innovation plan for operations.
• Oversee drone program, AI initiatives, and IT support coordination.
• Coach and develop team members and manage performance.
