Job summary

Liquid I.V. is seeking an Associate Principal Scientist, Product Development to lead innovative beverage formulations and core portfolio expansion. You will plan stability studies, analyze data, and collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams to deliver robust products.

The role reports to the R&D Director, Product Development and requires hands-on formulation with technical leadership in a fast-paced, industry-leading environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in food science or related field is highly desired.
• 6+ years of progressive growth experience in food or supplement CPG.
• Strong consumer-focused product development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of beverage formulations and core portfolio expansion.
• Plan and execute stability studies and data-driven recommendations.
• Own ingredient onboarding, tech transfer, and on-site plant trials.
