Job summary

AdventHealth seeks a professional to lead the development of innovation labs, collaborate with the Design Center, and build prototypes that inspire creative environments. The role emphasizes primary and secondary research, including data analytics and trend analysis, to support design-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a focus on human-centered design and meeting deadlines in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv is required.
• Grad or Equiv field of study; pursuing bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, UX Design, Human Centered Design, Innovation, Design Thinking, Sociology, Psychology, or similar.
• Experience with designing engaging environments and innovation labs is preferred.
• Ability to develop prototypes and conduct primary/secondary research.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of highly effective and engaging innovation labs.
• Collaborate with the Design Center Team to create inspiring, open, and productive environments.
• Develop prototypes as directed and support research activities.
• Conduct primary and secondary research including online analysis, trends, and data analytics.
• Seek educational opportunities to learn new facilitation and design thinking approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design into the co-creation process.
