Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking an Innovation Engineer, Active & Intelligent Packaging, to join our Innovation and Technology team. This role suits scientists or engineers energized by R&D, who want to transform breakthrough ideas into commercially viable products.

You will collaborate with technical experts, manufacturing teams, and customers to advance packaging solutions from concept to market, ensuring FDA and ISO compliance while driving innovation strategy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical discipline and related experience.
• Experience with product development, research, or commercialization in packaging or related industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and commercialization of active and intelligent packaging technologies.
• Lead plant trials and scale-up from development to commercialization.
• Develop technical documentation and performance reports.
