Job summary

Qualifications include 2+ years in R&D design, 3D modeling expertise, and knowledge of UL857/busbar products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent in engineering or design technology.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and GD&T.
• Experience with PLM software and design tools.
• Excellent communication and multitasking in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Define product specifications and features with safety compliance.
• Create 3D models and 2D drawings per standards.
• Develop prototypes and coordinate testing/validation.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain documentation and NPDI processes.
• Perform DFMEA and risk assessment.
