Job summary

Hasbro, Inc. and Wizards of the Coast are seeking an Innovation Designer for New Player Growth to translate early ideas into tangible concepts that welcome new players to Magic.

You will prototype, test, and refine onboarding experiences, learning frameworks, and introductory products to ensure engaging and accessible play. This hybrid role onsite three days per week collaborates with Product, Design, Research, and Production to move concepts from discovery to launch, shaping a broader audience

Qualifications

• Experience in game design, product design, UX design, innovation, or a related creative field.
• A portfolio or examples showing development, testing, and iteration of concepts.
• Ability to create prototypes that communicate ideas and elicit feedback.
• Strong visual presentation skills for prototypes and design materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype new physical, digital, and connected products for onboarding Magic players.
• Apply game design principles to learning experiences and new modes of play.
• Plan and facilitate playtests; gather feedback and iterate designs.
