Duties
- Support legal technology adoption initiatives impacting practice groups
- Design and prepare playbooks for best practices in innovation technologies
- Organize presentations, status reports, and executive briefings
- Collaborate with leadership on initiative prioritization processes
- Develop objectives, success metrics, and timelines for technology adoption
- Analyze practice group workflows to increase effectiveness and efficiency
- Drive legal technology pilots, deployments, and continuous improvements
- Assist change management teams in developing communication campaigns
- Maintain practice group-specific resources and automate efforts
Requirements
- 4+ years of applicable experience in legal practice or technology adoption
- Active bar membership or registered in-house counsel status
- Experience in cross-functional projects involving legal technology teams
- Understanding of large law firm financial and work allocation processes
Education
Juris Doctorate or non-US equivalent.
Certifications
Active member in good standing of the bar(s) in applicable jurisdictions.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and firm applications
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and solve legal service delivery problems
- Experience with distributed systems and core large law technologies
