Job summary

Doosan Bobcat NA US invites students for Spring 2027 Innovation Accelerated Student Experience. Co-ops and internships offer full immersion into corporate and production teams with hands-on projects while completing an undergrad degree.

Roles span ideation, prototyping, and event execution, with 8‑month co-ops or 4‑month internships. Competitive pay, relocation if applicable, and real-world work at a global company are provided.

Qualifications

• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills is a must.
• A self-starter and will dig into problems independently and will look for limited guidance.
• Be able to commit to Doosan Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, facilitating, and documenting ideation events.
• Assist with mock up, tear down, and prototype build activities.
• Assist with preparing and executing innovation accelerated events.
• Researching and implementing the latest innovation theories and practices.
