Western Alliance Bancorporation is seeking a Credit Analyst - Innovation Banking in Austin, TX. The role focuses on spreading and maintaining financial data, developing credit studies and reports for senior management, and supporting risk assessment across lending activities.

You will analyze client financials, perform sensitivity analysis, collaborate with treasury and loan teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while providing actionable plans and documentation.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Accounting course.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Spread, manage and maintain financial background information on present and prospective customers.
• Develop credit studies for Loan Officers, Chief Credit Officer and other Executive Management.
• Prepare a variety of credit department reports.
• Analyze credit and collateral information to determine risk in lending money to customers.
• Review client financials and perform sensitivity analysis to evaluate credit risk.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Bank groups to execute treasury management products and prepare loan packages.
• Facilitate reporting and requests with third parties and monitor disbursements for compliance.
