Sun Life offers a Spring 2027 co-op opportunity in a hybrid role based in the Northeast U.S., with 1–2 days per week in either Wellesley, MA or Portland, Maine. This paid, full-time co-op runs January 4, 2027 to June 18, 2027 and focuses on automation, AI, low-code tools, data, integration concepts, and enterprise delivery practices.

You will work with experienced teammates on practical business problems, gaining exposure to modern technologies while developing collaboration and problem-solving

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a co-op or undergraduate program in Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Data, Engineering, Innovation, or a related field.
• Strong curiosity about technology and how it can solve real business problems.
• Good communication skills with the confidence to ask questions, share ideas, and work as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, learning mindset, and willingness to take ownership of assigned work.
• Basic understanding of technology concepts such as applications, data, workflows, or process improvement is helpful, but deep technical experience is not required.

Responsabilidades

• Bring fresh thinking, curiosity, and a willingness to lean into team discussions and project work.
• Support the team in exploring new ideas, emerging tools, and practical ways to apply innovation to business challenges.
• Assist with research, prototyping, documentation, testing, and analysis across automation, AI, and digital delivery initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members and business partners to understand problems, ask good questions, and help shape simple solutions.
• Contribute to team materials, process notes, demos, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Stay open to feedback, take ownership of assigned tasks, and actively look for opportunities to add value.
