Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a co-op or undergraduate program in Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Data, Engineering, Innovation, or a related field.
• Strong curiosity about technology and how it can solve business problems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; proactive in asking questions and sharing ideas.

Responsibilities

• Bring fresh thinking and contribute to team discussions and project work.
• Support exploration of new ideas, tools, and practical innovations for business challenges.
• Assist with research, prototyping, documentation, testing, and analysis across automation, AI, and digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members and business partners to understand problems and shape simple solutions.
• Contribute to team materials, process notes, demos, and knowledge-sharing activities.
