BCG Attorney Search in Chicago seeks an Innovation Attorney to advise lawyers, matter teams, clients, and practice groups on applying innovative legal technologies to litigation workflows.

You will partner with litigation groups to optimize efficiency with GenAI and other technologies, configure platforms, and lead adoption efforts while staying current on industry trends and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent, admission to the relevant state bar.
• Minimum two years of experience as a practicing lawyer or in a legal operations role; litigation experience required.
• Proficiency with technology, legal technology, and artificial intelligence.
• Experience in strategic legal technology projects, particularly in large law firms or corporate legal departments.
• Knowledge of the litigation legal matter lifecycle preferred.
• Familiarity with techniques for increasing adoption of legal tech tools.
• Experience in business analysis, solution design, or client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving mindset.
• Effective team player in diverse environments.
• Self-starter with high initiative; detail-oriented and organized.
• Education: JD or equivalent.
• Certifications: Admission to the relevant state bar.
