Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and USPTO registration required; MA/NY bar preferred.
• 2–3 years practicing attorney or patent agent in a law firm.
• Knowledge of generative AI solutions for legal practice and patent workflows.

Responsibilities

• Understand department needs and develop high-impact, AI-enabled workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership and IT to implement pilot programs and integrate tools.
• Participate in governance, vendor reviews, and build-versus-buy analyses.
• Contribute to knowledge management by capturing and reusing know-how for AI readiness.
• Educate attorneys and staff on effective use of AI tools and workflow automation.
