Job summary

Mercer Health is seeking an Innovation Architect – Product Design to transform raw ideas into investable opportunities and advance market leadership in digital and AI solutions. You will collaborate with Innovation Architects in the Health Innovation Studio, applying product thinking, human-centered design, and AI-enabled process reimagination to the innovation intake process.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or innovation program management.
Experience in healthcare is preferred.
Background in digital transformation, AI product development, or enterprise technology strategy.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and working sessions that drive alignment and clarity across diverse stakeholder groups.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas for executive and operational audiences.

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day project management while guiding concepts through the innovation cycle.
Coordinate desirability, feasibility, and viability validation activities with appropriate rigor at each stage.
Run the operating cadence for each concept with clear agendas, notes, action items, and decision capture.
Track progress, manage risks and issues, and escalate blockers to maintain momentum.
Maintain portfolio visibility by reporting status, timelines, risks, and support needs to leadership.
