Haskell is seeking an Innovation Analyst to join Dysruptek, its venture capital and R&D arm, in Jacksonville. The role focuses on researching new technologies for the AEC industry, evaluating feasibility and ROI, and designing pilots to validate implementations.

You will collaborate with technology providers and startups, analyze data from pilots, and present findings to guide strategic decisions. Some travel to other offices and sites is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 0-3 years of relevant industry experience via internship or professional roles.
• Process improvement, lean methodology and/or project management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Research and identify new and emerging technologies relevant to the AEC industry.
• Assess technology feasibility, cost-benefit, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Design and run pilot programs to test technologies in real-world scenarios.
• Collect and analyze data from pilots to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Monitor advancements in construction tech, AI, IoT, robotics to inform strategy.
• Engage with providers, startups, and industry leaders to explore partnerships.
• Occasionally travel to other offices, sites, or conferences to gather insights or present findings.
