The Analyst will transform data into actionable insight, build dashboards and automation tools, and present findings to leadership while collaborating with faculty and university partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; advanced degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support strategic initiatives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries for decision-making.
• Build dashboards, databases, reporting tools, and decision-support systems.
• Collaborate with faculty, leaders, partners, and stakeholders to develop recommendations.
• Translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Support data governance and improvements to tools, workflows, and reporting practices.
• Present findings to internal stakeholders and leadership.
