PRI Enterprises seeks a supervisor to oversee 50 inmates in a Manual Image Review (MIR) program at Liberty Correctional Institution in Florida. The role requires directing inmate workers, maintaining productivity, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include training workers, tracking production, handling payroll input, and coordinating with PRI and external staff. FDC training and strong Excel skills are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Basic mathematical calculations for daily operations.
• Acquire FDC training to supervise Inmate Workers.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsabilidades

• Supervise 50 inmates in a Manual Image Review (MIR) program.
• Train Inmate Workers in tools and techniques required for the department’s operations, including safety standards.
• Monitor work, enforce productivity standards, resolve operational problems, and implement new procedures.
• Track inmate worker production rates daily.
• Serve as SME for process changes, quality audits, system enhancements, and customer-facing processes.
• Communicate program information and status to FDC, PRI, and third-party client staff.
• Input inmate payroll.
• Perform other duties as needed by Industry Manager.
• Coordinate with DC personnel to ensure compliance with institution rules during shipping/receiving goods.
• Travel to Liberty for MIR verification training when necessary.
