Job summary

Qualifications

• A baccalaureate degree and three years of satisfactory full-time clerical/administrative experience, with one year in a supervisory/admin capacity.
• Associate degree or 60 credits and four years of clerical/administrative experience including one year supervisory experience.
• Four-year high school diploma or equivalent with five years of clerical/administrative experience including one year supervisory experience.
• Education/experience equivalent to items 1–3, must include one year of supervisory experience; substitution allowed at 30 credits per 6 months up to 3.5 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Approve cashier till openings/closings and manage metro cards with tracking.
• Verify and reconcile cashier transactions and reports daily.
• Log bail-related receipts and legal documents for policy compliance.
• Enter financial transactions into official logs and maintain records.
• Manage collections and posting of funds from various sources.
• Scan bail checks and money orders using designated software.
• Coordinate deposits and pickups with armored transport services.
