Qualifications

• Experience in case management involving assessments, planning, coordination and evaluation to meet individuals' needs.
• Experience reviewing, auditing, analyzing, and/or proofreading data.
• Experience applying laws, applicable rules, and procedures.
• Experience or training in the use of OBIS and related computer programs.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and/or PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmates through a collaborative case management approach; ensure needs are met with effective communication and resources.
• Plan and coordinate targeted referrals for treatment, programs, work and services.
• Evaluate diverse information sources to make informed inmate management decisions.
• Maintain accurate inmate records in OBIS and related systems; compile records as needed.
• Lead disciplinary hearings, provide custody and reclassification input, and review special status inmates.
