Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with case management preferred; criminal justice background acceptable.
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Participate in intake by collecting, organizing, and analyzing information about individuals.
• Provide direct casework services for social involvement, health needs, and community life to inmates/residents.
• Prepare and collaborate on reports and case presentations for assigned inmates/residents.
• Coordinate programming, resources, and services for social development and transition or release planning.
• Serve as the point of contact in the absence of the Unit Manager, when applicable.
