Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
Experience providing case management is preferred; substitutions possible up to two years.
Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written form.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications required.
Valid driver's license required; minimum age 18.

Responsibilities

Participate in the intake process by collecting, organizing, and analyzing information about individuals.
Provide direct casework services for social involvement, health needs, and community life to inmates/residents.
Prepare and collaborate on reports and develop case presentations on assigned inmates/residents.
Coordinate programming, resources, and services for social development and transition or release.
Serve as point of contact in absence of Unit Manager, when applicable.
