Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in case management preferred; substitution allowed for up to two years in a criminal justice context.
• Clear verbal and written communication required.
• Experience with MS Office or similar software required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Participate in intake by collecting, organizing, and analyzing information about individuals.
• Provide direct casework services for social involvement, health needs, and community life to inmates/residents.
• Prepare and collaborate on reports and develop case presentations for assigned inmates/residents.
• Coordinate programming, resources, and services for social development and transition or release.
• Serve as the point of contact in absence of the Unit Manager, when applicable.
