Job summary

Mondi Group in Pennsylvania is seeking a production operator to run Inline equipment in our packaging and paper operation. You will read plant orders, position collars and splice rolls to keep lines running smoothly.

The role requires attention to detail, safety, and the ability to perform routine cleaning, equipment checks, and quick problem solving across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Training provided, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have experience operating Inline equipment.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate Inline equipment and monitor paper flow to ensure quality.
• Splice new rolls and thread paper into the machine.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance, reporting issues.
• Assist with bag checks and troubleshoot Inline issues.
• Maintain organized work area and comply with safety procedures.
