Job summary

Sun Chemical is seeking an Operator Combo to produce high-quality inks on our on-site production line in Minneapolis, MN. You will learn and operate PLC-driven HMI equipment and follow batch tickets, aiming for on-time delivery and safety compliance.

The role requires basic manufacturing experience, ability to lift 55 lbs, and adherence to SOPs. Training will cover SAP inventory processes and equipment operation, with emphasis on quality control and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or pre-employment screening completed.
• Experience with quality control and safety procedures.
• Capable of repeatedly lifting 55 lbs and standing long periods.
• 1+ years in production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with mixing, measuring and weighing ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Review batch tickets and follow instructions.
• Provide samples to lab and document results.
• Operate and troubleshoot mixing equipment.
• Understand SAP inventory and material handling.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety SOPs.
