Job summary

Flint Group is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in a safety-first environment. You will handle raw materials, run ink batch processes, operate mixers, pumps, forklifts, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires physical stamina, basic math, and the ability to follow SOPs; forklift and SAP experience preferred. Strong teamwork and good communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for 90% of the day.
• Capable of strenuous, repetitive work (lifting up to 50 lb).
• Pre-employment physical and drug screen completed.
• Basic math literacy and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Produce inks and intermediates following SOPs.
• Locate and verify materials listed on production orders.
• Operate mixers, pumps, filters, forklifts and other equipment.
• Handle chemicals and waste following safety protocols.
• Batch processing including loading, processing, recording data and cleaning.
• Package products and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Contribute to team goals and related duties as needed.
