Job summary

Ink (A Division of Associa) in Richardson, TX is seeking an Ink Production Operator to support multiple production functions on the 2nd shift. The role involves operating and assisting with presses, fulfillment, quality checks, and material handling as needed.

You will read work orders, follow standards, monitor quality, and report issues. The position is fully onsite with a schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Experience in operations or manufacturing and a collaborative approach are valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate or assist with Ink Operations production equipment and workflows.
• Complete assigned work accurately, safely, and in priority order.
• Read job instructions, production standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor quality, handling, and inventory movement.
• Maintain clean, safe, and efficient work areas.
• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, and safety risks.
• Support Ink Operations functions as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
