Job summary

DecoPac, Inc. is hiring a Mixer for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM) to set up, operate, and tend mixing equipment used for color pigments and ink preparation. You will measure ingredients, prepare ink for production floor labels, and complete batch worksheets and quality checks.

The role requires good color vision, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Teamwork is essential; you must be able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, or tend mixing equipment for color pigments and inks.
• Measure dry and liquid ingredients; prepare ink for production labels.
• Complete ink and batch worksheets and quality checks.
• Record lot numbers and dates on tracking logs.
• Maintain adequate color supplies and reference production schedules.
• Clean equipment and the mixing room; keep containers and bins stocked.
