Job summary

Ball Corporation in Westminster, CO is seeking an Engineer for Ink & Graphic innovations. You will lead projects using high-speed can manufacturing, DoE, statistics, and FMEA to deliver robust ink and coating solutions for beverage packaging.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and at least 3 years of product/process development experience, plus strong collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders. This is a hybrid on-site role with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or related discipline.
• 3+ years' experience in product, process, or material development within manufacturing or engineered product environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical projects and aligning stakeholders to data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead ink, coating, and graphics innovation projects for beverage packaging.
• Develop charters, test plans, timelines, and cost analyses for projects.
• Apply DoE, statistics, and FMEA to solve product/process challenges.
• Develop CTQ parameters aligned to performance and manufacturability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage supplier relationships.
