Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking an Injury Prevention Professional to join our Bath, Maine team. In this role you will support workplace health and safety through injury prevention programs and education, with a focus on conditioning and program development.

You will conduct employee injury prevention trainings, develop customized exercise plans, collect program data for ROI, and collaborate with healthcare teams. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and CPR/AED are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or Exercise Science.
• Current Adult CPR/AED certifications from recognized organizations required.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience in corporate health/fitness programs or clinical settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employee injury prevention programs, education, and training.
• Develop exercise programs specific to injury prevention and conditioning needs.
• Collect and document program data to support ROI analysis.
• Develop, promote, and market wellness and general education programs.
• Support employee healthcare teams with job function assessment and incident investigation.
