Job summary

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is seeking an Injury Prevention Professional to support client sites in Lewiston and Bath, Maine. The role offers a flexible schedule of 8 hours per week in Lewiston, with additional on-call coverage in Bath.

Minimum requirements include a relevant Bachelor's degree and CPR/AED along with First Aid certification. A Personal Training certification is a plus, with compensation ranging from $29 to $35 per hour based on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or Exercise Science or related field.
• Current Adult CPR/AED certifications from recognized authorities required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and observe outdoors in varying weather.
• Personal Training certification (ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, NETA or NSCA) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts injury prevention programs and education for employees.
• Develops exercise programs focused on injury prevention and conditioning.
• Collects program data to support ROI and outcomes.
• Develops, promotes, and markets wellness and education programs.
• Supports healthcare teams with job function assessment and incident investigation.
