Job summary

HealthFitness in Bath, Maine is seeking an Injury Prevention Professional to support workplace health, safety and injury prevention initiatives across the workforce. You will design prevention and conditioning programs and educate employees while contributing to program ROI.

Minimum requirements include a related bachelor’s degree and CPR/AED; First Aid is a plus. Compensation ranges from $27.00 to $29.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or Exercise Science) required.
• Current Adult CPR/AED certifications required.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• Work experience in corporate health/fitness programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts employee injury prevention programs, education, and training.
• Develops exercise programs specific to injury prevention and conditioning needs.
• Collects and documents program data to support ROI.
• Develops, promotes, and markets wellness and education programs.
• Supports employee healthcare teams with job function assessment and incident care management.
