Job summary

ATI Worksite Solutions is seeking an Injury Prevention Specialist to interface with office and industrial clients in the Bristol, PA area, assessing health status and crafting individualized plans to improve employee well-being.

The role emphasizes body mechanics observation, documentation of treatments, and coaching to reduce injuries, with a focus on education, surveillance support, and workplace wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Athletic Training or related field.
• Alternate degrees: PTA with licensure, or BSc in Exercise Science/AT/Kinesiology/Allied Health; or 2 years military healthcare experience.
• Discipline-specific license or certification as appropriate.
• BOC certification or eligibility considered advantageous.
• Basic Life Support and AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interface with office and industrial clients to assess employee health status.
• Create individualized improvement plans based on work performance and body mechanics.
• Document treatments and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
• Understand OSHA recordkeeping rules as they pertain to first aid.
• Address discomfort through education and job-specific coaching.
• Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
• Provide employee health education and training on wellness and disease prevention.

Education

Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Athletic Training

Associate degree? PTA licensure

Bachelors in Exercise Science / Athletic Training / Kinesiology / Allied Health

BOC certification eligible or certified

Basic Life Support and AED Certification
