Job summary

You will lead onsite injury prevention, ergonomic training, and proactive safety initiatives to protect associates and improve work processes.

Responsibilities include data-driven prevention, workforce coaching, and collaboration with operations to embed safety into daily workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Must be a Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or state).
• Must have a valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive injury prevention through data analysis and risk assessment findings.
• Develop and deliver ergonomic education to empower associates.
• Collaborate with operations to integrate prevention strategies into daily workflows.
