You will lead onsite injury prevention and proactive safety efforts, focusing on ergonomic training and engagement to reduce injuries before they occur.

The role emphasizes data-driven interventions, workplace evaluations, and partnerships with operations to integrate prevention strategies into daily workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC or State Certification) is required.
• Valid First Aid, CPR, AED certification from AHA/ARC is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite injury prevention initiatives and proactive safety within the Amazon Fulfillment Center.
• Design and implement ergonomic interventions based on risk assessments and injury trends.
• Conduct workplace evaluations to identify hazards and optimize processes.
• Translate injury data into actionable strategies to protect associates and improve operations.

Education
