Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an injury prevention program based on population data.
• Coordinate screening and brief intervention for risk factors (drugs, alcohol, behavioral health).
• Act as liaison to Emergency Preparedness Committee and participate in outreach events.
• Educate staff and patients and support performance improvement initiatives.
