Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• BLS, Medical Assistant with phlebotomy.
• One year experience in Industrial Health Care Services with foundational knowledge of industrial relations.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, medical equipment operation and good documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current processes across all occupational medicine functions to ensure company and patient satisfaction.
• Train staff on policies & procedures for PVHMC/PVHC incorporating OSHA standards and Occupational Medicine regulations.
• Perform physical exams, drug screens, and other components of pre-placement, annual, and bi-annual exams to maintain certification compliance.
• Back Office staff duties compliance with Pomona Valley Health Center standards of performance policies and procedures.
• Participate in general staff and management meetings; represent Occupational Medicine at meetings; may perform other duties as assigned.
