Responsibilities

• Oversee the university's workers' compensation program and health screening.
• Develop policies and ensure regulatory compliance across units.
• Coordinate return-to-work and disability management with stakeholders.
• Prepare executive reports on claims, costs, and trends.
• Manage vendor relationships with third‑party administrators and providers.
• Lead training and communications for managers and staff.
